What is a Daltoid, anyway?
Daltoids are collectible wooden sculptures that are sold in blind boxes - so you don’t know which one you’re going to get! They are packaged in screenprinted card boxes, and each one comes with a double-sided poster and a short story. Each Daltoid has a manufacturing number stamped on the top of it.
How many Daltoids are there to collect?
There are currently five colourways of Daltoids in the first series, ranging from Deepdene (very common) to Sunset (super rare). Currently the palette is very simple, just black, white, red, blue and yellow (Mondrian's colours, also Lego's first palette). The palette will slowly grow as more colourways are added.
What are Daltoids for?
Daltoids have many uses. You can keep one by your bed to act as a dreamcatcher, or put one on a keychain to show off to your friends. Or you could build a display cabinet to house your growing Daltoid collection. The possibilities are endless.
